CURRENT SCHEDULE
Creativity is the magic of our universe. It shapes our lives, enriches our souls and helps manifest our dreams. The very word elicits a variety of emotions for many of us; a longing to be creative, awe for those who are, and a deep knowing that we once were as children, and still are deep within! There are many stages of the creative process to explore and an infinite number of ways to express that creativity. Reawaken that part of yourself that longs to live a more enriched, flowing and truly creative life!
No prerequisite for this course
Creative Flow is designed to explore the rich and exciting realms of creative consciousness, using Hemi-Sync tape exercises, hands-on “studio” sessions, group sharing and support, and multi-media presentations.
This week-long program explores the creative potential within each individual, and encourages expression of that creativity in a safe, non-judgmental setting.
Goals of the Program:
- To develop a deeper trust in one’s inherent creativity.
- To allow imagination, instinct and inquiry to act as guidance.
- To tap creative impulses and act on them.
- To express one’s true essence in a unique and satisfying way.
- To approach problem solving with inspiration.
- To experience that optimal state called “Flow”.
Opening any area of our creativity has the domino effect; it touches and affects many other aspects of our lives in enriching, positive ways. In this workshop, you will hear, see, feel, touch, know and explore creativity at very broad and deep levels. As a result, you will be able to enhance your life in many areas, such as: bringing more creativity to your professional and business endeavors, finding more creative family activities to share, enriching your personal relationships with more authenticity, vitality and passion, and bringing more creativity to your community!Reawaken that part of YOU that longs to live a more enriched, flowing and truly creative life!
There are many stages of the creative process to explore and an infinite number of ways to express that creativity. With the unique Hemi-Sync® exercises and a format for organized exploration, you will at least touch a number of those possible areas and be encouraged to keep discovering more once you leave the program! You will also be given tons of free time for your own personal exploration. You will be given tools that will last a life time for creative discovery and expression.
It is for non-artists and artists alike. All forms of expression are welcome: the written and spoken word, music, photography, painting, drawing, sculpture, dance, video and computer generated art. No need to have any previous experience.
Come to discover your unique way of self-expressing!

Comments from past participants of the Creative Flow Workshop:
“I was impressed by the way the workshop was thoughtfully laid out with structure, studio time, art/music supplies, and group interaction time.
We touched on creative wave theory in our group meeting, and now we were experiencing it. It turns out it’s a very individual sort of energy. I spent the rest of the workshop playing in my wave, learning not to force it, but to open it. I felt totally supported and encouraged to ride the wave and the blocks started to fall away. On the last day we spent the day grounding, showing our work and saying our goodbyes. We had poems, original songs with lyrics. paintings and sculptures. I truly enjoyed the workshop.”–J.R., Virginia
“Thank you, thank you, thank you for creating the Creative Flow weekend. All the issues I brought were resolved during the first studio session…I learned that “art” can be a valuable part of my life for the sheer pleasure of it. It satisfies and feels good. I discovered my creative voice, and passion about color and motion. It excites and energizes me.” –L.B., Virginia
“The experience of “The Creative Flow Weekend” at the Monroe Institute was more unique, more fun, and more fulfilling than I could have ever imagined. Our experienced facilitator precisely coordinated Hemi-Sync sessions before and after each related activity, stimulating creative interaction, individual reflection and wonderful camaraderie between the participants. This produced optimum results for me, super-charging my senses as well as re-wiring and renewing creative neural connections in the most desirable and auspicious setting of Robert’s Mountain Retreat. A real gusher!
(The food was also fantastic! )” –R.B., Ohio
“I wrote poetry. Surrendering to the moment, I chose colors and subject matter that caused my painting to be very therapeutic for me. But best of all, during one of the Hemi-Sync sessions, I had a vision and I immediately did a pencil sketch upon the completion of the exercise. It was of a child I had seen in the vision, and I later discovered that the child was my son in a former life. Indeed, I was in communion with the Muses.“ –B.M., North Carolina
“Group participation allowed us to witness how creativity is enhanced and sparked into being by exposure to the work produced by others….melding with the group exposes everyone’s natural talent for creating .
The program concluded with each participant interpreting the artworks they created during the ‘free” periods of the workshop. This provided further proof that creative flow is in constant motion within each individual and readily available to be translated into an expression of humanity’s essential oneness.” -B.W., Virginia

Hi Everyone,
I found a wonderful quote from ‘The Artist’s Way’ by Julia Cameron that I’d like to post because it reminds me so much of this week’s CF experience:
“As creative beings we belong to an ancient and holy tribe. We are carriers of the truth that spirit moves through us all. When we deal with one another, we are dealing not merely with our human personalities but also with the unseen but ever present throng of ideas, visions, stories, poems, songs, sculptures, art-as-facts, that crowd the temple of consciousness waiting their turn to be born.
We are meant to midwife dreams for one another. We cannot labor in place of one another, but we can support the labor that each must undertake to birth her or his art and foster it to maturity.
We can consciously create Sacred Circles that act as reflective, believing mirrors to potentiate each other’s growth, to mirror a ‘yes’ to each other’s creativity”.
Interesting, I`ll quote it on my site later.
Thank you
