Our residential program trainers worldwide are a group of very dedicated people from varying backgrounds, who want to play a very special role in helping others lead more happy and fruitful lives using the Monroe technology.

They have a wide range of expertise in working with personal development, consciousness issues and a great depth of personal experience to guide them. All have worked many years with The Monroe Institute both on personal and professional levels, and are well prepared to assist each participant in identifying and following their own personal process of evolution.

Their commitment to encouraging our participants to discover their own unique journey is a special characteristic of Monroe Institute trainers. They do not pretend to know all the answers, but rather work to empower each person to find their own answers. As Bob Monroe often said: “Don’t believe what I say, but go find out for yourself!”
