What is the difference between and private and public post?

Private + “Save” means the post is visible to anybody who is logged into the blog. This is different from just “Save,” wherein it will be visible when logged in, but only to those with editing rights. It has to do with stratifying different levels of user accounts, ie writers vs editors vs administrators… not relevant for the vast majority of WordPress sites.

Private + “Publish” makes it public to all (ie, Publish overrides Private, so it’s the same as just regular Publish)

How Do I Add a Link?

To add a “link”. Simply go to the “Blog” in question. Click “Write>> Link” (like you would a post or page) type link and description info. Categorize it with “Link Category” ,”Friends” and this will make it show up correctly in the “Link Category Widget”.

If you want to edit them go to Manage>>Links and you can edit the titles, Urls, descriptions

How do I reorder videos in the video library?

One way to do this is to go to Manage>>>Posts>>>Click on the Calendar Icon next to the posts and it will allow you to edit the date stamp which will, in turn, order the posts based on the time it was posted.
