Excursion 1 workshop is being held in the UK.
This represents a great opportunity to experience binaural beat programmes in a controlled and guided environment with like minded individuals facilitated by a Monroe Institute Licensed Practitioner.

Reeds Country hotel is situated in North Lincolnshire on the bank of the river Humber. The hotel has a reiki centre and nature Spa.

Participants are invited to arrive between 5 – 7pm on Friday 2nd July. After booking in and dinner there will be a short presentation of the weekends activities and the chance to meet and speak with Beltran Melgar the facilitator.

The weekend will revolve around the Focus 10 and Focus 12 states of consciousness programmes on the gateway experience CD series. There will be opportunities to discuss individual experiences with the group and the facilitator and understand how to use the binaural beat programmes to their best advantage.
