In his session, Bill described a hollow mountain in a cold climate with electronic monitoring equipment and metallic ships which are very quick. The site had a research feeling. Bill also described “people” which were thin, unemotional, cold, and had a programmed feeling. They were strange and had a purpose and a mission. They were foreign and semi-isolated. They felt unearthly.
