How to Listen to Hemi-Sync
Before:
• For at least one half hour prior to listening to these exercises, refrain from eating heavily, drinking alcohol, taking medication, or using drugs.
• Go to the bathroom and empty your bladder.
• Loosen any tight clothing and remove shoes, eyeglasses, and contact lenses.
• Adjust the volume to a low comfortable level. It is only important that you hear the words; your subconscious will absorb the background sound.
During:
• Use stereo headphones.
• Listen in a room with low light where there will be no interruptions for the duration of the exercise.
• Have a blanket available.
• Lie down or sit in a comfortable position. Keep your head supported.
• If you have an itch, scratch. Your body will move back into a comfortable position.
• Visualize yourself doing what the words state.
• It is not important that you stay awake. The exercise will be equally effective if you fall asleep while listening.
After:
• Allow for “re-entry” after the exercises are finished.
• These learning exercises provide you with what you need to gain control of your physical, mental, and emotional capabilities.
• It is up to you to take what you have learned into practice.
• The benefits will be cumulative. The more often you participate in the exercise, the greater control you will have, utilizing the power of your mind.
