When I did the Gateway Voyage, I noticed when I was very intent on the affirmation, I was able to have a more profound experience than when I just went through the motions of saying it. What is interesting to me is that as I use the affirmation it becomes more and more meaningful and deep. There is much more to it than what I first saw!
