Good heavens!

According to technology tracker/journalist Tracy Staedter in DiscoveryNews, "...the new iPhone and iPad app called 'Confession,' ... is the first of its kind to receive episcopal approval. The confession aid, designed by Little I Apps and available for $1.99 at the iTunes Store, is meant to help Catholics prepare for and participate in the Rite of Penance...."

"The developers say their new app is a response to Pope Benedict’s message at the 45th World Communications Day address in which he suggested that new media, 'if used wisely, can contribute to the satisfaction of the desire for meaning, truth and unity which remain the most profound aspirations of each human being'.”
