Hundreds of thousands of us world-wide who have experienced the deeply affirming impact of The Monroe Institute's programs and technologies know one thing for certain: "We are more than our physical bodies." With that as a foundation it's a relatively short leap to acknowledging a larger self, a guidance, whose presence is always available to us. For me, Gretchen Rubin's Happiness Project is an opportunity to tap my Self on the shoulder and say, "I want to feel really good. Please make it so."
