I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of content and the helpfulness of the information. The forum was interesting and useful as well. Since I had previously read all the Bob Monroe books and listened to the first two waves of Gateway CDs, I thought it would be difficult to get much more from an introductory course--but I definitely did. … I have long wanted to attend the residential program but have not wanted to invest such a large amount of money until I understood more about it. This course was at the right price to help me know what I would be getting and seemed like a good first step.
