Tammy's spiritual journey began at a young age, when she connected with the angels and felt closely intertwined with the angelic realm.  She was deeply empathetic, often absorbing other children’s emotions and issues. At eleven, an unexpected and frightening spontaneous Out-of-Body Experience (OBE) changed her reality, prompting her to develop tools and strategies to suppress these experiences.

Twenty years later, Tammy had a Kundalini awakening experience, sparking a passion for spiritual growth and healing. She became a Usui Reiki Master and teacher, merging energy healing with her angelic connections. At the Monroe Institute, she found a supportive community and embraced her earlier OBE experience, affirming she is ‘more than her physical body’.

After retiring from public service, Tammy has devoted her life to service, spiritual growth, healing and helping others awaken. As an Outreach Trainer, she hosts consciousness workshops across western Canada, sharing her insights and understandings during this pivotal time for humanity.
