Robert Monroe's books for sure. I have made so many connections with his writings. He has changed my perspective on what we call the 'astral world'. I believe he referred to it as the 'second state'. Is that the term that TMI uses at the moment?

I read Journeys out of the Body in 2001 which gave me an explanation for an, up until then, unexplained experience (the vibrational state) 4 years earlier. The night after finishing the book I had my first (of unfortunately not very many yet) conscious OOBE. Then I was hooked! I swallowed the other two books and then went on to Bruce Moen's books which my boyfriend and I began translating and publishing in Denmark. In 2008 my colleagues and I were going on a trip to the States, and one of them, who shared my interest in the Monroe stuff, was going to visit TMI on the way. I couldn't bare to see him get there before I got the chance, so I joined him although I couldn't really afford it at the time (I thought). I slept most of my Gateway and was very frustrated, but I also had a feeling of coming home, and I longed to go back there. (I still do.) I went back in 2013 and did the New Years Program and the Facilitator Training, so now I do Excursion Workshops here in Denmark and love every second of it. I can't wait to visit TMI again, and fortunately I "have to" now that I'm an Outreach Facilitator. :-)

The results that I've got from the Human Plus line is what brought me to The Monroe Institute.

I had gotten an email from some company on a self help product, so I went to Google and searched it out. Now funny enough nearly every link had well if you think this is good Hemi-Sync is so much better. That happened in May 2008 and I done my first order with Hemi-Sync in August 2008. And here I am now thinking that in June 2016 I'll do The Gateway Voyage in Virginia, USA.

I had never heard of the Monroe Institute or Monroe Institute of Applied Sciences as it was known back then. I was part of a select group of military intelligence soldiers brought to Robert's Mountain in January, 1984. We were part of something the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command called The Center Lane Project. Center Lane was part of what became known to the world as the infamous Stargate Project. Military intelligence was very much interested in the potential of psychic warfare and believed that Robert Monroe's methods to induce out-of-body experiences would eventually lead to accurate and repeatable intelligence gathering. My group was likely the last to participate as the General in charge of the whole operation was forced into retirement shortly after our class completed training. My time at the institute was the most remarkable of my life. So much so that I finally sat down and wrote a book about the experience. There are many skeptics in this world. I am not one of them. The extraordinary things I experienced while at the Institute revealed an entirely different world, a new reality to me. Secret Warriors, Psychic Spies is my book and it is on Amazon.com. I loved that place, I loved that time. It was there I found myself. I hope the same is true of others who came after me.

Hello John, Thank you for submitting your question! We do not have specific CD's for the focus levels as you listed above. The focus levels you are referencing are found in the Lifeline program. Our take home audios takes you to focus 27, but not necessarily to each individual focus level in between. The only CD's or CD sets that we have with focus 27 are "Going Home", either support or subject, and "Into the Light" by Scott Taylor. We hope this answers your questions and is helpful. TMI Team

After a frightenting experience with the vibrational state I began to research into what happened to me which would eventually lead to me reading Robert Monroes three books. These books were the start of a new life for me. I spent probably a year regularly reading his books over and over, watching videos of Robert Monroe on youtube, and listening to lots of audio. The Explorer series on this website stood out and to this day still fascinates me. Previously I would dismiss anything of a 'spiritual' nature, but Robert Monroe seemed humble, honest and had me totally convinced. I eventually purchased Wave 1 of the Gateway Experience and attended the short 2 day Excursion Workshop in the UK. I have since purchased the full Gateway Experience CD's which I have tranferred to my smart phone for easy access whenever I get chance to lie down and listen. A relatively chaotic lifestyle prevented me from being in a position to listen frequently, where I found it hard to find the time to lie undisturbed even once a month! But with some concsious effort my life has gradually calmed down over the last few years to allow me to lie down and listen these magical tracks more often. I still only use Wave 1 and Wave 2 at present. Writing this makes me think maybe it is time to try Wave 3. In the future I would love to travel to the US and participate in another longer program at the institute itself when time and finances allow. It's great to see the new website for the first time it looks great, I haven't looked at it for maybe a year and I'm not sure what brought me here today. I can't put into words how fortunate I feel to have discovered Robert and the Institute. Writing this post has brought a tear to my eye and a great feeling of joy that I often feel when thinking about the Monroe Institute and how it has influenced me.

I am glad to see people actually post here. I wonder if there is really anyone who actually reads and selects the posts seen here. I discovered Monroe years ago through his books and much later the CD's. BEFORE the CD's the books encouraged me to try to induce an OBE. Did a couple exercises that produced what appeared to have been an OBE but later, after reading Stephen LaBerges book and other writings on Lucid Dreaming, I am no longer so sure. Are you sure you have not been having Lucid Dreams? Check out Google for LED magazine and compare your experience with others. If you are lucid dreaming, that does not discount the CD's you have been using...if anything the audio is probably enhancing the experience. Keep an open mind.
