Sometimes just taking the first step of picking up the phone or sending an email is the hardest step because we’re not sure what to expect.

I have struggled with depression most of my life and am still working on myself. Right now I am gravely concerned with my 25-year-old daughter's struggles. It seems to be getting worse and she doesn't or can't do anything about it. I need to help her, she needs help. I used some of the exercises from your program during a very difficult illness and drug therapy and it helped me get through it without killing myself. I don't have access to funds involved in trips and weeks at retreats but I will do everything I can to get her where I need to get her good help. I think it will continue to progress until the most horrible outcome imaginable.
