Valerie worked for 17 years as a Human Resources manager. Having an interest in cultural differences and how they change relationships with a job, she decided to work in different countries all around the world (French Polynesia, USA, The Bahamas, St Lucia, Haiti, etc.) After two car accidents (as a passenger) – which happened in 1999 and 2000 in the same place, and approximatively the same time of the year– she began to experience spontaneous energy manifestation and OBEs. Like Robert Monroe, she tried to make sense of these experiences and began researching books, people, and traditions, trying to understand these events. She met Dominique Lussan, an international residential trainer of the Monroe Institute, and followed her programs through TMI: Gateway, Lifeline and Outreach Excursion programs. With the help of Dominique and other people, Valerie explored many forms of extended consciousness through body and mind practices, including qi qong, yoga, mantra, specific breathing, meditation, nutrition, shamanic practices and various healing practices. Following a life change Valerie trained in Shiatsu and opened a practice in Paris where she dedicates herself to helping people find and accept the necessary life and consciousness changes that help with illness. She also organizes week-end workshops around meditation, experiencing and finding answers to personal questions. Valerie created a small thinking-group to research how we can include the experience of extended states of awareness in various trainings, and what we may expect in term of results. Valerie has a degree in Law, and a post-graduate degree in Human Resources and Business Administration.
