I began attending courses at The Monroe Institute^® campus in Virginia in 2006, and decided to become a trainer after experiencing for myself the benefits of their system. I received certification in 2012. The Monroe Institute's methods for exploring and expanding the mind were of enormous benefit to me personally, and I am convinced they have much to offer people in the modern world who are seeking an effective, accessible approach to meditation for a deeper, more experiential understanding of themselves. As an instructor I look forward to making the Monroe Institute's Hemi-Sync^® method available to as many people as possible in Japan.
