REFUND and RETURN POLICY

With SyncCreation, as with other home study materials, we can not guarantee how a person will apply themselves to the materials, or what results they will obtain. We do know by doing surveys that in over 600 courses sold that satisfaction and results are extremely high. People have returned the course unopened when their circumstances change such as a sudden crisis requiring their attention. The restock fee is necessary due to shipping fees, order processing time, and replace of inner and outer boxes. We are committed to providing highly individualized attention and responsiveness, and generating trust and satisfaction.

We will refund the purchase price of physical merchandise within the first 30 days – the terms for receiving a refund are:

• You must receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA). No returned merchandise will be accepted without an RMA.
• You will be charged a $50 restocking fee for the Home Study Course and/or 20% of the purchase price for any other items.
• We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
• Product must be returned unopened and for the Home Study Course, the Gold Seal must be intact.
• If the item is returned at your discretion you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• We will credit your refund in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
