"I’m thrilled to share something close to my heart: Breath As Love, created with multidisciplinary artist and somatic practitioner Kathi Hendrick. This work is an invitation to slow down, soften, and drop into stillness. It comes in three forms: Guided Meditation – Kathi’s gentle voice guidance woven into my ambient soundscapes, carrying you into a space of calm presence. Instrumental – a spacious, wordless version perfect for deep listening, sleep, or quiet creative moments. I have collaborated on a third form of Breath As Love with the Monroe Institute on a special edition of the instrumental track, enhanced with Monroe Sound Science® — using the latest 3D Spatial Audio brain entrainment for an even deeper, more immersive experience."
