Jessica Desilets

Outreach Trainer, Group Leader

Jessica Desilets has been participating in programs with the Monroe Institute since 2023. Grateful for the personal insight and growth she’s experienced through their offerings, she appreciates how the work has supported her in reconnecting with herself and exploring consciousness in a practical, experiential way. She currently serves as a Monroe Community Group Leader and Outreach Trainer and is a member of the Dolphin Energy Club and Professional Division.

With more than fifteen years of experience in the healthcare field, Jessica has long been drawn to supporting others in meaningful ways. She values creating spaces where people feel safe to explore their own inner awareness. In alignment with Monroe’s mission of helping people create
more meaningful and joyful lives through the guided exploration of expanded consciousness, she enjoys introducing others to meditation tools that encourage personal insight and self-discovery.

Jessica is the founder of Chapter of Us, a community-centered wellness initiative grounded in connection, compassion, and curiosity about consciousness. Through workshops and gatherings, she invites people of all experience levels to explore awareness in an accessible and
welcoming way.

She enjoys spending time outdoors, caring for plants and animals, reading, practicing yoga, playing tennis, and being with the people she loves.
