Releasing Limiting Beliefs

In this exercise you are invited to release a limiting belief. With the help of your inner helper, identify a re-occurring issue in your life. It may be concerning marriage, finances, family or career. Then, identify an unconscious belief that you have about this issue and the emotion that held it in place across time. Ask your inner helper to remove this limiting belief and accompanying emotion, and replace it with positive, healing energy. Express gratitude for the healing received and notice how much freer and lighter you feel.
