Each sound was carefully chosen, and each voice thoughtfully woven together, to express the feelings that come from contemplating the marvelous place that we inhabit here in our physical existence. It is a labor of love and a profound tribute to Gaia that inspired this music to be written.
Meet the Artist: Howard Patterson is a multi-program graduate of The Monroe Institute and lives in Phoenix, Arizona. He is an engineer by profession, but his true passion is music. After attending Monroe programs, Howard came to recognize music as a powerful form of meditation—one that can evoke the same feelings of oneness, peace, and bliss found through other inner practices. As part of his own meditation work, he produces music with the intention of opening the heart, supported by Monroe Sound Science™. Howard currently has three CDs available through The Monroe Institute and continues creating new works for future releases. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and spending time in nature throughout the remarkable desert southwest.
