Wendy Bender is a Monroe Institute Outreach Trainer who facilitates the Exploring Consciousness workshop. She first attended the Monroe Institute in 2021 and has completed residential programs, including Gateway Voyage and Guidelines. She has also participated in additional Monroe programs, including Lifting the Veil.

Her interest in consciousness exploration grew from a lifelong curiosity about human awareness and the transformative potential of direct experience. Monroe’s practical and experiential approach strongly resonated with her and continues to inspire both her personal and professional path.

In addition to her Monroe training, Wendy is a Master-level Reiki Practitioner and a Certified Vibrational Sound Teacher (CVST) through SomaEnergetics, with certification through the Natural Therapies Certification Board (NTCB). She is also the founder of Heal With Tones, where she explores the role of sound, resonance, and frequency in supporting relaxation, balance, and expanded awareness.

Wendy enjoys creating a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals from all backgrounds can comfortably explore consciousness, gain personal insight, and discover their own inner resources through direct experience.
