Pernelle Rochat has been active with the Monroe Institute since her first audio exercise nearly a decade ago. What began as personal exploration developed into sustained practice and formal training. Pernelle completed Outreach Trainer training with the Monroe Institute and now facilitates workshops that introduce participants to expanded states of awareness through the Monroe Method.
Her path has long been nourished by spirituality, travel and the exploration of sound. Pernelle serves as CEO of the yoga clothing brand Breath of Fire, where she brings together vision, leadership and embodied values. Her work in the wellness field deepened her connection to conscious living and led her fully into the study of breathwork, yoga and vibrational approaches to awareness.
Today, Pernelle leads sound baths in the North Vaud region of Switzerland and facilitates workshops grounded in the Monroe Method. She values Monroe as a meaningful bridge between direct inner experience and a structured understanding of states of consciousness. Through sound and guided exploration, she supports participants in cultivating clarity, grounding and inner sovereignty. Her intention is to help individuals integrate expanded awareness into daily life with greater ease and presence.
Pernelle holds an academic background in history and business management and earned a master’s degree in legal studies. Her education informs her grounded, structured and ethical approach to facilitating transformative experiences.
She is passionate about reconnecting people to the magic of being alive and to their human potential. She encourages curiosity, playfulness and self-discovery as essential elements of conscious exploration.
