Loralee Trocio

Outreach Trainer

Loralee was born and raised in Ohio by her parents, who immigrated from the Philippines. Currently, she lives in Oregon where the Pacific Northwest nature continues to captivate her. She holds a MPH in international health and has been a public health practitioner for 25 years. Her desire to serve others extends beyond her professional role, guided by a deep calling to help people reconnect with their inner wisdom, purpose and peace.

Loralee was introduced to the Monroe Institute (MI) during the pandemic through a beloved family member, who has since transitioned. His journey to understand his own mortality led to discovering the evidence-based techniques that the MI offers. Feeling deep resonation to his experiences, Loralee was guided to take Beyond Meditation, Gateway Voyage, Heartline and become a trainer within a year. These programs have given her profound insights, practical tools and access to other states of consciousness.

Amidst her travels and intentions to be in meaningful relation to the unseen, to Spirit, many teachings have crossed her path throughout her decades of exploration. This includes the Braided Way; to honor one’s beliefs as it intersects with others, as taught by her late teacher Jayna Warm Nest Geiber. As a trainer, Loralee hopes to facilitate the Exploring Consciousness workshops embracing the Kapwa spirit - a Filipino philosophy of interconnectedness to Self through others. She is excited about witnessing the empowerment that comes from practicing MI methods.
