Lucid Dreaming

This exercise is designed to help you to consciously recognize the entry into dreaming. It is most effective when you have already slept for at least 3 hours as your body will have obtained physical restoration and the second half of the night will be primarily dreaming sleep. Lucid Dreaming is the amazing experience of being aware that you are dreaming in real-time, allowing you to consciously interact with your dreams, ask the dream state questions and explore unparalleled realities. Combined with the Enhancing Dream Recall exercise, this exercise will help you to awaken your full dreaming potential. This is a training process so repeat this exercise as often as possible.
