Your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from (cancel) your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason, in line with EU consumer law.

To exercise this right, use the form below. You will be asked to confirm your request before it is sent, and you will receive an email confirming what happens next.

Once we receive your request, our team will process the cancellation and email you confirmation of the outcome, including your refund details.
