Close your eyes and relax, this week's free meditation help's you to connect with your inner healer. Monroe trainer Allyn Evans will guide you as you learn to focus on the self-healing of your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. You may use this exercise daily but, is particularly beneficial during times of stress or illness.
