In this 15-minute meditation you will have the opportunity to set powerful intentions about your emotional, physical and mental wellbeing. This exercise is created and voiced by Allyn Evans, a residential trainer at the Monroe Institute. Allyn suggests listening each morning as soon as you wake up to allow for a peaceful transition from a deep sleep to a wakeful and alert state while creating the best mindset to start your day.
