Your 14-day right of withdrawal on merchandise under EU consumer law
If you are a consumer in the European Union or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from (cancel) a purchase of physical merchandise within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, in line with EU consumer law.
To exercise this right, use the form below. No account or login is needed — you only need your name and order number. You will be asked to confirm your request before it is sent, and you will receive an email confirming what happens next.
This form covers physical merchandise — CDs, books and other items shipped to you.
Under EU consumer law the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to: digital content you were given immediate access to (downloads and streamed audio), where you agreed at checkout that access begins right away; dated programs and events, including residential and virtual retreats and scheduled courses, which are covered by our program cancellation policy instead; and services that have already been fully performed.
