Mary Ellen Wilson is a Monroe Institute Outreach Trainer, intuitive medium, channel, and hypnotherapist.

From an early age, Mary Ellen experienced profound spiritual and intuitive experiences that inspired a lifelong exploration of consciousness, human potential, and the deeper nature of reality. Her passion for understanding the intersection of science and spirituality—and for making sense of her own transformative awakening experience—led her to The Monroe Institute in 2025, where she completed programs including Gateway Voyage, Remote Viewing, OBE Spectrum, Spoon Bending, and Manifestation in MC².

Formally trained at Delphi University of Spiritual Studies, Mary Ellen is a Certified Metaphysician Practitioner and Healer and a Certified Medium. She is also a Certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist (CHt) through the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists and certified in Regression Hypnosis and Life Coaching. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Education from Dickinson College.

Mary Ellen has spent nearly two decades at Yale School of Medicine, supporting compliance and standards in graduate medical education and professional development. She is passionate about creating accessible opportunities for others to explore consciousness, human potential, and the deeper nature of reality.

In addition to her work as a Monroe Outreach Trainer, Mary Ellen leads the Consciousness Explorers Community of CT Monroe Community Group and is a member of Monroe’s Dolphin Energy Club. In her free time, she enjoys the antics of her three dogs, growing orchids, collecting rocks, minerals, and fossils, swimming, hiking, and practicing the art of archery.
