Margarida Ramada has been a trainer at the Monroe Institute since February 2026. She is dedicated to bringing Monroe’s tools to Portugal and supporting participants in exploring expanded states of awareness in a safe, practical and transformative way.
Her journey with Monroe began through a personal search for deeper self-understanding and conscious expansion. She participated in workshops in Italy at a time when none were available in Portugal. The experience profoundly shaped her path! Over the years, she continued her training and personal exploration, culminating in her certification as a Monroe trainer in 2026.
Her professional path began in veterinary medicine, where she earned her degree before transitioning into the hospitality field. She is now the owner of a catering company and a restaurant. This background strengthened her leadership, resilience and capacity to hold structured, supportive environments for groups.
In addition to her work with Monroe, she has studied somatic therapy, family constellation work, systemic therapy and reiki. She offers individual and group sessions in these areas as part of her independent professional practice. Her work focuses on practical tools that help people regulate their nervous system, expand awareness and reconnect with their inner guidance.
She feels fortunate to live by the sea in the mountains, surrounded by nature! Daily contact with the ocean and the forest is essential to her. Time in nature supports her sense of presence, sensitivity and connection!
