Dr Rashhi Sharma PhD is a Monroe Institute outreach trainer who facilitates onsite outreach workshops in Bangalore, India. Her work focuses on helping participants explore expanded states of consciousness using Monroe tools and processes.

Her connection with the Monroe Institute began through the Gateway Experience, where she was introduced to Hemi-Sync technology. This work became central to her personal exploration and professional path. Rashhi went on to study and explore several Monroe programs, including Remote Viewing, Manifestation and Creation squared (MC2), Energy Medicine, the out-of-body experience spectrum, Serving Spirit, and the Kortum Technique.

Through Monroe’s research-based approach, Rashhi found scientific grounding for her lifelong experiences beyond the physical. This understanding reshaped both her inner journey and her work with others. She now shares Monroe methods with participants seeking clarity, direct experience, and practical tools for consciousness exploration.

Rashhi has been a professional consciousness explorer since 2010. From early childhood, she experienced nonphysical awareness and multiple near-death experiences, which led her to question the nature of consciousness and reality. Bob Monroe’s work provided the structure and validation she had long been seeking.

Rashhi is a certified professional trainer in hypnotherapy, shamanism, past life regression, future life progression, out-of-body experiences, lucid dreaming, psychic abilities, and Quantum Soul Re-alignment. She also offers personal sessions globally in hypnotherapy, past life regression, future life progression, shamanism, Life Between Lives, and quantum psychic reading.

Rashhi holds a doctorate in environmental sciences and a graduate honor’s degree in botany.

Outside of her work, Rashhi enjoys traveling, learning through nature, and spending time with her family.
