Meet the Artist: Howard Patterson

Howard Patterson is a multi-program graduate of the Monroe Institute and lives in Phoenix, Arizona. He is an engineer by profession, but his true passion is music. Attending Monroe Institute helped him to realize that music can be a form of meditation and that listening to appropriate music can often produce feelings of oneness and bliss that are also experienced with other forms of meditation. As part of his own meditation practice, he produces music with the intent of helping to open the heart with support of Monroe Sound Science™. Howard currently has three CDs available on the Monroe website and continues to work toward advancing his art for future releases. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and experiencing nature in the remarkable desert southwest.
