Job Opening - Email Marketing & Brand Manager
This role blends two essential functions:
- Email Marketing Leadership (strategy, design, segmentation, automation, analytics)
- Brand Stewardship (creative oversight, message consistency, content alignment)
We are looking for a HubSpot expert with proven experience designing high-performing emails, managing multi-step campaigns, writing compelling copy, and ensuring brand consistency across digital touchpoints. Experience supporting international audiences and multi-language workflows is strongly preferred.
You will collaborate across departments to elevate the Monroe brand, strengthen global awareness, and drive engagement and revenue through strategic email communication.
Job Opening - Cook
The cook will work in the two residential training facilities on our campus in Faber, Virginia. Our residential courses are 5-days/6-nights, so weekend work is required. As a member of our hospitality team, you will assist with meal preparation and occasional cleaning of the guests’ rooms and common areas.
