ABOUT US 

• The St. Francis Retreat Center is located 40 miles south of San Jose, California.

TRANSPORTATION

• About 50 minutes from San Jose Mineta International Airport 
• About 90 minutes from San Francisco International Airport
• Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available at the airports

OVERNIGHT HOUSING ACCOMMODATIONS 

• Check-in is 4 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM on departure day. We can keep our meeting space until our program is over.
• All spaces are fully furnished and include bed linens, pillows, blankets, and towels. 
• HOTEL-STYLE Contemporary rooms with two twin beds, desk, dresser, private bath, shower, and air conditioning. All guest bed and bath linens and a small bar of soap are provided. Limited toiletry items are available in the gift shop. The rooms are single occupancy.
• Cell coverage is good on campus.

MEETING SPACES

• Fireside Lounge –comfortable seating for 60

ALSO INCLUDED 

• Up to 3 meals in our dining room
• No outside food or beverage allowed on campus 

DINING AND CATERING

• Experienced chefs provide restaurant quality cuisine and can meet a variety of dietary needs.
• St. Francis serves freshly prepared nutritional meals in their dining room.  They accommodate most dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, diabetic, gluten-free, lactose intolerant, and shellfish allergies. Please contact registration@monroeinstitute.org if you have any specific food requirements/allergies.  Meals are served in the campus dining room.
