As you explore and begin to trust these inner senses, you may find that synchronicities increase, insights arise in unexpected ways, and a deeper sense of connection unfolds. How it works
- The daily schedule is based on each virtual retreat's specific time zone. (Calculate your local time here)
- The workshop is offered in different formats, and the number and length of workshop sessions may vary.
- It is recommended that you have access to a minimum internet speed of 5 Mbps
- This online workshop is highly experiential and offers real-time interaction with a skilled trainer and other participants. Most Awakening programs will be either two consecutive half days or a single day.

Course Materials
The workshop fee includes a detailed manual and eight hours of facilitated instruction. The fee does NOT include the audio exercises. Your Trainer will provide you with details on how to buy the Inner States album.
Due to the nature of the content of this program and in consideration of the confidentiality of participants, we do not record our virtual programs. Therefore, they are not available for replay or sale.

The audio exercises used in this program are the original binaural beat hemispheric synchronization exercises developed by Robert A. Monroe. They were designed to facilitate specific expanded states of consciousness relevant to this program and are owned by the Monroe Institute. These exercises are not available for commercial resale.
