Born of the research from Monroe’s Discovery program and informed by the latest findings in neuroscience, Conscious Coherence is a unique multi-sensory experience of how alignment and harmony within the three major areas of the nervous system—enteric, cardiac and cranial—create whole-body balance for greater stress management and resilience.

Conscious alignment of your grounded physical and non-physical awareness supports you in generating greater levels of wellness in your life. This fun and unique program offers an experiential understanding of how you can cultivate inner calm through the practice of creating a coherent state within your body’s nervous system. Using curated Monroe Sound Science exercises, meditation and movement, you will practice generating harmony within and among your emotional, mental and physical bodies.

Conscious Coherence offers an effective way to regulate your nervous system for increased resilience when stress is heightened. The field of neuroscience is evolving the understanding of the role the gut-brain (the enteric), and heart-brain (the cardiac), connection has in attaining overall nervous system health. This resilience provides greater capacity for decision making, creativity and productivity in daily living.

Each day dives into a theme: Enteric, Cardiac, Cranial, Integration and Grounding. The movement celebration at the end of Grounding Day offers a space to play with the merging of non-physical awareness and physical awareness through sensory stimulation and movement.

This new program presentation format of predominately free flow exercises is like an shamanic aural journey of intuitively chosen exercises from Monroe sound engineer Bob Holbrook’s metaphorical medicine bag. Each program’s exercises are tailored to the specific group’s needs, dictated by who shows up to participate each time, optimally co-creating their experience.

Participants receive a series of meditations and practices to use to continue expanding their ability to create coherence in their daily lives.
