Sound Healing was born from the experience of the Monroe Institute in the field of energy medicine and the use of frequencies, with the aim of supporting the health and self-healing abilities of human beings.
Using sound and the principle of bio-resonance, ancient knowledge and Monroe Sound Science come together to offer a new approach and practical tools to regulate balance and health on all levels.
Respecting the principles of health, bio-energetic and spiritual balance of the human being, you will learn, through explanations and audio exercises, how sound frequencies can influence and enhance the natural self-healing abilities of human energy system.

- The workshop is offered in different formats, and the number and length of workshop sessions may vary.

- This online workshop is highly experiential and offers real-time interaction with a skilled trainer and other participants. Most Awakening programs will be either two consecutive days or two non-consecutive days.
